FAR BEYOND THE STARS - FRAMEWORK FOR EXTRATERRESTRIAL CONTACTS
WITH EARTH AND SELECTED EXAMPLES (PART 2)
    In the first part of this article, we have explored how and why the Earth is protected by a
quarantine from all visitors except those approved by the Council of Saturn, which is located in the
rings of the planet Saturn. We also discussed how the planet Saturn is to be the dwelling place of
the entity called by some Lucifer or Satan once he is taken into custody following Earth's transition to
the Light Body. We shared that Lucifer is a higher being who fell into passion, aggression, and
stupidity instead of helping Earth's humanity, thereby enslaving himself to the planet and trying to
enslave whoever he can in the human population whenever possible! Saturn is to be Lucifer's
destination when he is transferred off Earth and into Healing Confinement. This has been decreed by
the Guardians of the Solar System, who serve at the Council of Saturn. Let there be Victory to the
Mystery of All That Is!

    Let's get started.

    26,000 years ago, a momentous event happened on Earth, although as firsthand sources tell
us, only about 300 people on Earth noticed it at all. While many people worldwide were primitive and
busy working out various Self-Growth karma, there were 300 whose hearts blossomed, and these
people wanted to dedicate their lives in Service to Humanity and the Universe. When the
momentous date came 26,000 BC, a spacecraft arrived from the sky, and several light beings came
out, resplendent in their celestial coverings, and read out the scroll containing the Decree of the
Mighty Milky Way Galaxy:

    Hear ye, people who have by this day completed their Level 3 education of Selfhood by
opening your hearts to All That Is: you are ready for the Light Body activation. You are ready to take
the next step on your life path to the Source of Infinite Life, and we are here to give you the wings
to fly into the cosmos and acheive your dreams! However, there is another option you can take to
be Beacons of Light - you can stay on Earth to guide and uplift the rest of humanity during the
coming ages. Each of you has this choice. What do you say?



































    And as this majestic day unfolded, all of the graduands chose to remain on Earth following their
graduation from the school of Earth to continue serving those who were still toiling away at the
lessons of selfhood, society, and willpower.
    And so, they set up the sacred country of Shambhala in the Himalayan Range of Southeast Asia
and linked it by underground tunnels to various places which are now in the countries of China,
Mongolia, India, and Russia, among others. From this location, the precious link between the Cosmos
and the Earth could be maintained for the benefit of the evolution of Earth humanity.





















    The founders and then-future citizens of Shambhala have called themselves the Great White
Brotherhood. They were the White magicians who bravely and valiantly fought the dark forces of
Lucifer, who threatened to overtake Earth in those days. And today, the forces of Light are in an
intense war with the darkness, as the calendar has come about one full circle since that time 26,000
BC, and the time of Graduation or "harvest", as some have called it, is here again - and this time,
every human being on the planet is now noticing its arrival.
































    Let's take a look at some data by the legendary researcher Nicholas Roerich, whose mission in
the early 20th century was to bring the message of Shambhala into the public of the West, so that
those people who shined with love in their hearts would know they are not alone. However dark the
chemistry of the Earth had become in the ages between 24,000 BC and 2012 CE, the Light and
Love of One Infinite Life has never been extinguished from Earth - the fire of Life burns strongly here.

























    As the servant of humanity in Shambhala named M said in Roerich's 1931 book Hierarchy:

    "The universal Eye of Shambhala brings Bliss to mankind. The universal Eye of Shambhala is a
    Light on the path of mankind. The universal Eye of Shambhala is that star which has guided all
    seekers. For some, Shambhala is the Truth. For others, Shambhala is a utopia. For some the
    Ruler of Shambhala is a venerable sage. For others, the Ruler of Shambhala is the
    manifestation of riches. For some, the Ruler of Shambhala is a bedecked idol. For others, the
    Ruler of Shambhala is the Ruler of all Planetary Spirits. But We shall say, The Ruler of
    Shambhala is the fiery Impeller of Life and of the Fire of the Mother of the World. His Breath is
    ablaze with flame and His Heart is aglow with the fire of the Silvery Lotus. The Ruler of
    Shambhala lives and breathes in the Heart of the Sun. The Ruler of Shambhala is the Invoker
    and the Invoked. The Ruler of Shambhala is the Sender of the Arrow and the Receiver of all
    arrows. The Ruler of Shambhala breathes the Truth and affirms the Truth. The Ruler of
    Shambhala is invincible, turning destruction into construction. The Ruler of Shambhala is the
    Crest of the Banner and the Summit of Life. Accept the Ruler of Shambhala as the
    manifestation of life; thrice I say-of life! For Shambhala is the guaranty of human aspirations.
    Our manifestation is guaranty of the perfecting of humanity. Our manifestation is the affirmed
    path to the Infinite."

    And in Roerich's 1935 book Fiery World III, the stewards of Shambhala further explain the true
cornerstones of this sacred and for a long time - secret - land:

    "What heart, then, has taken up the enormous Burden? The all-encompassing Heart which
    knows the Cosmic Burden. Who, then, bears the load of the ages? The One Heart which
    knows the manifestation of Infinity. Who, then, strives in fiery achievement? The one Heart
    which knows Cosmic Right. Verily, thus is the World saturated by the One Heart. Humanity
    suffers more from the spirit than from matter, and only when the spirit adheres to the law of
    Cosmic Right will humanity overcome its spiritual infirmities. The planet has lost sight of its
    great and pure destination. Matter has been so steeped in density that it must be refined.
    When the great Tidings of the Unified Heart will saturate the spirit with pure striving, then will
    life be truly transformed. Who, then, will give to the World the Tidings about fiery Unity?
    We say the all-encompassing Heart, the Heart manifested by eternal Fire - yes, yes, yes! That
    which has been put together by Cosmic Right and by strong aspiration of the will is immutable
    law. That which is from the Cosmos will dwell with the Beauty of the Cosmos thus saith the
    Lord of Shambhala. "

    In these quotes, in the links on this website, and in the materials gathered here, this common
thread is visible. This ringing horn, this sounding trumpet which echoes through the mountains and
the deserts, over the seas and across the skies is the sacred syllable OM like a celestial golden gong.
OM rings and vibrates in the air, inviting the bowl of the potential of the Universe to tip over and spill
into manifestation as Light and Love. With the sound OM, mountains suddenly collapse into the seas
and deserts slowly spread across the canyon floors.
    Aside from its facilities in Asia, the Great White Brotherhood had established a base of
operations in Central America in the peaks and valleys of the Andes, around Lake Titicaca in what is
now called Peru and in the Four Corners area of what is currently called the United States, as well as
in numerous other places in the Andes. Following World War II, the Great White Brotherhood
transferred its main base of operations from Tibet to Titicaca, in readiness for the coming Transition
of Light, which has begun in 1982-1983 and will end around the date of 2012-2013.















    From its current operations in Titicaca and the Four Corners Area, the Great White Brotherhood
is maintaining a link to the Cosmos, and is responsible for leading the Earth on the positive path of
Light and Love to the Infinite Life of All That Is. So you see, reader, things may have looked glum in
Part 1 of this article, but the Universe desires the experience of Beauty, Love, and Harmony, so have
joy, reader!   
    Let us be deeply grateful for the infinite wisdom of the Celestial Architect, and see within that
you are an architect of this cathedral too - you are responsible for the Infinite Creation. What shall be

    One of the most important extraterrestrial contactees of our time, Luis Fernando Mostajo
Maertens, leads people every year on Solar Initiation Retreats at Lake Titicaca. To quote from the
retreat webpage (http://galacticdiplomacy.com/retreats.htm#Luis),

    Luis Fernando has had several physical contact experiences with the "Amautas" (wise elders)
    from the ancient cultures who now live in the underground (inner) cities of the Andes and
    Lake Titicaca. He has also met with extraterrestrials from other worlds and is considered one
    of the most important contactees of our time.

    He is their emissary, bringing men and women the message of hope and alternative ways to
    build a new civilization in these times of change and transformation [...] in this new era
    ushered in by 2012."

    The Great White Brotherhood is Earth's connection to the Cosmos - the bridge to the
heavens. This bridge leads to the Council of Saturn and the Planetary Guardians who enforce the
decrees of the Council of Saturn on Earth. The Guardians are responsible for maintaining and
upkeeping the Quarantine of Earth Humanity until its end. Work done by L/L Research reports that
there are 9 permanent seats in the Council of Saturn, while the Planetary Guardians are 24 in number.
    The Council of Saturn is itself a bridge to the galactic community of star systems, planets, and
beings who work in the spirit of the Light and Love of the One Alive Infinity. This community is called
the Galactic Confederation. L/L Research results tell us that there are 53 civilizations in the Galactic
Confederation encompassing 500 "planetary consciousness complexes" spanning 7 star systems in our
local intragalactic space. Here Ra describes the purpose and mission of the Galactic Confederation:

    I am one of the members of the Confederation of Planets in the Service of the Infinite
    Creator. [...] This Confederation contains those from your own planet who have attained
    dimensions beyond your third. It contains planetary entities within your solar system, and it
    contains planetary entities from other galaxies. It is a true Confederation in that its members
    are not alike, but allied in service according to the Law of One (http://wiki.lawofone.info/index.

    The desire to serve begins, in the dimension of love or understanding, to be an overwhelming
    goal of the social memory complex. Thus, [...] planetary entities [...] found themselves long,
    long ago in your time seeking the same thing: service to others. The relationship between
    these entities as they entered an understanding of other beings, other planetary entities, and
    other concepts of service was to share and continue together these commonly held goals of
    service. Thus, each voluntarily placed the social memory complex data in what you may
    consider a central thought complex available to all. This then created a structure whereby
    each entity could work in its own service while calling upon any other understandings needed
    to enhance the service. This is the cause of the formation and the manner of the working of

    Ra goes on to say that there are many Galactic Confederations throughout space and time, for
the upward spiraling evolution of beings in the Light and Love of the One Alive Infinity manifests
throughout the boundless fields of reality. Thus, Earth's Great White Brotherhood, the Council of
Saturn of our Solar System, and the Galactic Confederation of our local region of the Milky Way Galaxy
represent the positive path of evolution of finite beings towards Unity with Alive Infinity through the
manifestation of Light and Love for the benefit of all over self.
    The negative path of evolution is represented by Lucifer on Earth and similar groups of beings
throughout the Cosmos. The negative path of evolution of finite beings towards Unity with Alive
Infinity is through control, coersion, and fear - the manifestation of Light and Love for the benefit of
self over all.
    Thus, the forces of Light and the forces of darkness are locked in a perpetual battle, the end of
which comes about only through the Union of positive and negative polarities of duality. Both the
positive and the negative path of service lead to the One Alive Infinity. It is every being's free will to
choose their direction of service with respect to the Universe at large.































    Let us explore some characteristics of beings who are invested in the life of the Cosmos at
large. These beings can be called 'higher beings', for they inhabit realms closer to the Source of
Infinite Life than terrestrial physical humanity can experience, for they are indeed the dwellers of
heaven.



































    Michael E. Salla, M.A., Ph.D, answers below how higher beings or 'celestials' are assisting
humanity in relations with extraterrestrial life (http://www.exopoliticsjournal.com/vol-3/vol-3-1-Salla.
htm). In Salla's terminology, a 'celestial' is an umbrella term covering all beings who are composed of
light, thought, and unity - these beings exist on a more subtle level of reality than our slow, heavy
physical illusion, and therefore obey more subtle laws of manifestation:

    Celestials are able to travel throughout the universe through willpower alone and are not
    confined to any physical location. This highly advanced ability distinguishes them from
    extraterrestrial entities that are dependent on advanced forms of technology for space-time
    travel as evidenced in ubiquitous sightings of ‘flying saucers’ and other extraterrestrial vehicles
    (ETVs). This ability to travel through space-time further distinguishes celestials from paranormal
    entities or ‘inter-dimensionals’ described by John Keel and others as ghosts, fairies, goblins,
    etc., that are bound by spatio-temporal factors to Earth but can move between dimensions.

    Also, celestials have attained advanced states of consciousness wherein they have attained a
    level of oneness or ‘cosmic consciousness’ with the universe, and do not identify themselves
    exclusively with a stellar region, civilization, time or dimension. This ability again distinguishes
    them from extraterrestrial entities that exclusively identify themselves with particular stellar
    regions, civilizations, times or dimensions. Finally, celestials are not limited to any one physical
    form, and can change their form at will to suit whatever circumstances they are in. This ability
    again distinguishes them from extraterrestrial entities that identify with a particular physical
    form or genetic characteristics, and require technology to change their physical characteristics
    or how they are perceived by others.

    Celestials have been described in a wide range of sources from religious-historical texts, and
    more recently contactee experiences. Celestials are described in these sources as beings that
    serve a higher universal will that remains hidden to ordinary humans. Celestials have been
    described as often intervening to assist humanity’s evolution especially during periods of
    conflict involving extraterrestrial civilizations and advanced technologies. Celestials have been
    witnessed together with extraterrestrials who view the former as teachers, “Masters of
    Wisdom” or universal messengers whose advice is respectfully heard thought not always
    followed.

    Let us go onto specific cases of interactions with some of the highest beings with Earth
inhabitants. Specifically, look to the place in the centre of the landmasses, the Giza Plateau, one of
the important points on the world geometric grid (explored in previous articles and in the Cosmic
Lecture Series). There, among the many pyramidal structures built by the Egyptian civilization up and
down the Nile for the purpose of mirroring the Celestial Dome of the Milky Way Galaxy, there is a
pyramid complex unlike any other - the Giza Plateau. The precision, geometric accuracy, and energy
transferability of the the Giza Great Pyramid water house was intended as a sacred transformation
altar complex - a temple unlike any other in the strength of its transformative, alterative power,
available freely to the public at large. Who was this temple constructed by? The name Ra should
sound familiar to any student of Western history. Let us allow Ra to explain themself:






























    "I am, with the social memory complex of which I am a part, one of those who voyaged
    outward from another planet within your own solar system, as this entity would call it. The
    planetary influence was that you call Venus. We are a race old in your measures. When we
    were at the sixth dimension our physical beings were what you would call golden. We were
    tall and somewhat delicate. Our physical body complex covering, which you call the
    integument, had a golden luster.

    In this form we decided to come among your peoples. Your peoples at that time were much
    unlike us in physical appearance, as you might call it. We, thus, did not mix well with the
    population and were obviously other than they. Thus, our visit was relatively short, for we
    found ourselves in the hypocritical position of being acclaimed as other than your other-selves.
    This was the time during which we built the structures in which you show interest. (http:

    The planet Venus is shown below:
































    As Ra explains in the work published by L/L Research at http://wiki.lawofone.info/, he/she/they
are a social memory complex of advanced beings who live in Service of the One Infinite Life, and are
members of the Confederation of Planets in the Service of the Infinite Creator, which has been
described earlier in this article. Let us now take a look at the spiritual, humanitarian, community
development, and environmental work Ra has done on Earth on behalf of the Confederation. Ra
explains:

    The first attempt to aid your peoples was at the time 75,000. This attempt 75,000 of your
    years ago has been previously described by us. The next attempt was approximately 58,000
    of your years ago, continuing for a long period in your measurement, with those of Mu as you
    call this race or mind/body/spirit social complex. The next attempt was long in coming and
    occurred approximately 13,000 of your years ago when some intelligent information was
    offered to those of Atlantis, this being of the same type of healing and crystal working [...].
    The next attempt was 11,000 of your years ago. These are approximations as we are not
    totally able to process your space/time continuum measurement system. This was in what you
    call Egypt and of this we have also spoken. The same beings which came with us returned
    approximately 3,500 years later in order to attempt to aid the South American
    mind/body/spirit social complex once again. However, the pyramids of those so-called cities
    were not to be used in the appropriate fashion.

    Therefore, this was not pursued further. There was a landing approximately 3,000 of your
    years ago also in your South America, as you call it. There were a few attempts to aid your
    peoples approximately 2,300 years ago, this in the area of Egypt. The remaining part of the
    cycle, we have never been gone from your fifth dimension and have been working in this last

    To summarise the above information, which may indeed come as a shock to many people, let us
take a look at the legends worldwide that speak of gods from Venus who have given Earth civilization
and have nurtured our progress. Ra came from Venus during the onset of human evolution on Earth
to provide necessary supplies, skills, and knowledge to people worldwide. Cultures worldwide rever
Venus as Earth's senior sister. Nicholas Roerich's Agni Yoga Society publications on the legends of
Venus in the indigenous population of Tibet as well as in the Land of Shambhala all point to the same
gestalt of truth: Venus so loves its younger sister Earth that she supplies Earth
constantly with Loving energy and with Light. The Morning Star is indeed an important player in
Earth's affairs, for it is the nurturing, the caretaking, the gentle and loving entity that desires to only
help the unruly but kind Earth.
    Let us note that some of Ra's actions have backfired, resulting in Ra becoming karmically linked
to Earth for the duration of its Level 3 evolution. Therefore, Ra is currently located in Earth's Level 5
environment. Currently, Venus is populated by beings unrelated to Ra, who have come to Earth in
recent past and made friendships and working relationships with people working for humanitarian and
spiritual causes worldwide. They have continued to work in the spirit of Venus's mission to Earth.
Some of these contactees include George Adamski, Luis Fernando Mostajo Maertens, and George
King. Let us use Dr. King's testimony about the current residents of Venus, which is very similar to
other contacts with Venusian representatives held by other genuine contactees:   






















    As an Occultist who has practiced Yoga for eighteen years, I am able to bring about a Mental
    Contact with a Being now resident upon the Planet Venus. In order to educate those people
    upon Earth who are open-minded enough to listen, these Higher Intelligences are
    broadcasting vital information on a mental wavelength, which can be tuned into and
    translated into sound (speech) by certain specially chosen highly trained Mystics. Prior to
    reception of the Interplanetary Message, I was given precise details covering "modus
    operandi ". The strict adherence to these practices brought about the necessary receptivity
    required, to form a mental link with Aetherius, who is a resident of the Planet Venus. It is
    worth noting here, that Aetherius is not a discarnate entity or "Spirit Guide", but a Master in a
    physical body, who is very much more alive than we on Earth are. He is capable of slightly
    altering the molecular structure of His body, should this be necessary, in order to co-operate
    with the environmental conditions prevalent upon those Planets He visits in order to carry out
    His Mission. As a Venusian Representative in Interplanetary Parliament, He has to be capable of
    metaphysical feats of pre-determined projection to other Planetary Bodies, in other parts of
    the Milky Way as well as to Planets within this Solar System (http://www.scribd.

    As Dr. George King explains in publications of the Aetherius Society, the Venusians were at the
time of his contact in the 1950s extremely concerned with nuclear weapon production and its
potential negative impact on survival. The ramifications of nuclear weapon usage is a long, long story
for humankind filled with pain and suffering, and the time has come to let go of the old attachments
to nuclear energy, which have destroyed human happiness many times before. The following are
some data points provided by Dr. George King in a bulletin about his contact with extraterrestrial
messengers from our Solar System's Council of Saturn and the Galactic Community in Service of the

    1. Flying Saucers come mainly from Mars and Venus, as per direct orders from Interplanetary
    Parliament.
    2. The seat of Interplanetary Parliament is Saturn. This Planet is the Tribunal of the Solar
    System.
    3. These Agents from Mars and Venus are making a metaphysical survey of Earth.
    4. They are very concerned about our journey into the fields of radioactive release because of
    our lack of sufficient knowledge and questionable motives.
    5. Terrestrial scientists have already done great damage to the "Thermal Belt" or ionospheric
    layer around Earth. This has been made denser by ionisation through radioactive radiation. As
    a result, the natural filterization units around Earth have been ossified and are reflecting
    certain Solar Rays which are essential to our existence upon Earth.
    6. This has also greatly retarded some essential Magnetic radiations from other Planets, some
    of which are outside our Solar System, from entering Earth's atmosphere and matter.
    7. The result could be catastrophic! The foremost one, being the leaning towards human and
    animal mutation, especially during future generations, upon a scale not experienced since the
    fall of Atlantis.
    8. Agents from Mars and Venus are sending remote controlled "implosion devices" into the
    ionosphere and the atmospheric layer below, in order to absorb the static radio-activity which
    is causing a saturation of the thermal and atmospheric belts. This absorption is brought about
    by attraction of the positively charged radio-active particles into the negatively charged
    nucleus which constitutes the atomic make-up of the "implosion device".
    9. This practical action on the part of the Flying Saucer crews, has saved Earth from major
    meteorological disturbances and great earthquakes, which could have dwarfed anything yet
    experienced on this Planet.

    Mars is another major player in the evolution of Earth, and despite NASA's protests that there
no proof of life there, Mars remains alive in the consciousness of many people, due to this planet's
influence on human evolution.























    Although the history of Mars's interactions with Earth would require a very comprehensive set
of articles and papers on its own, we can briefly summarise a few key points in an all-too-brief
overview:
    In ancient times, a war on Mars resulted in the loss of oceans and atmosphere. Mars's
population at that time caused a catacysm to occur. Mars's human population was subsequently
transferred to Earth at the dawn of the Lemurian civilization. According to Ra, Lemuria began about
75,000 years ago, and according to Nicholas Roerich, and the remnants of this once-great civilization
are now found in the Himalaya, Mongolia, Australia, Rapanuya (Teapi, also called the Easter Island)
but most of that Pacific civilization is now gone under the ocean, and has remained thus for
thousands of years. The transfer of the Marsian population to the Earth 75,000 years ago was the
beginning of the Lemurian civilization, which complemented the already adventing civilization of the
Maldek peoples, who at that point were already populating planet Earth as well. Added to this were
peoples from various other places, and those people who rightly belonged on the Earth in the first
place, barring all cataclysms and emergencies - people from the Moon, called Pitri, or the Ancestors.
This is the true lineage of Planet Earth, but this lineage has been usurped by the war of Light and
Darkness on the Earth and in the Heavens.

    The information above is quite densely packed and perhaps does require an existing
understanding of the basic concepts of Greek, Egyptian, Indian, Norse, Chinese, Australian/Pacific,
and South American/Atlantean philosophy, among others. Those mythological and philosophical
traditions are the links between the Cosmos and the Earth through the Ages. Some of the
connections imparted have been positive and directed towards human well-being. Some have been

    The important point is - much of Earth's population originally dwelt on Mars, and was transferred
here in an emergency circumstance due to the cessation of that planet's ability to support human
life. Ra says:

    Ra: I am Ra. The first of those to come here were brought from another planet in your solar
    system called by you the Red Planet, Mars. This planet’s environment became inhospitable to
    third-density beings. The first entities, therefore, were of this race, as you may call it,
    manipulated somewhat by those who were guardians at that time.

    Questioner: What race is that, and how did they get from Mars to here?

    Ra: I am Ra. The race is a combination of the mind/body/spirit complexes of those of your so-
    called Red Planet and a careful series of genetical adjustments made by the guardians of that
    time. These entities arrived, or were preserved, for the experience upon your sphere by a
    type of birthing which is non-reproductive, but consists of preparing genetic material for the
    incarnation of the mind/body/spirit complexes of those entities from the Red Planet.

    Questioner: I assume from what you are saying that the guardians transferred the race here
    after the race had died from the physical as we know it on Mars. Is that correct?

    Ra: I am Ra. This is correct.

    Questioner: The guardians were obviously acting within an understanding of the Law of One
    in doing this. Can you explain the application of the Law of One in this process?

    Ra: I am Ra. The Law of One was named by these guardians as the bringing of the wisdom of
    the guardians in contact with the entities from the Red Planet, thus melding the social
    memory complex of the guardian race and the Red Planet race. It, however, took an
    increasing amount of distortion into the application of the Law of One from the viewpoint of
    other guardians and it is from this beginning action that the quarantine of this planet was
    instituted, for it was felt that the free will of those of the Red Planet had been abridged.

    Questioner: Were the entities of the Red Planet following the Law of One prior to leaving the
    Red Planet?

    Ra: I am Ra. The entities of the Red Planet were attempting to learn the Laws of Love which
    form one of the primal distortions of the Law of One. However, the tendency of these people
    towards bellicose actions caused such difficulty in the atmospheric environment of their
    planet that it became inhospitable for third-density experience before the end of its cycle.
    Thus, the Red Planet entities were unharvested and continued in your illusion to attempt to
    learn the Law of Love.

    So, the transfer of Mars's population required the Quarantine to be brought into effect by the
Guardians. Note that the Quarantine is not the same as the Veil of Memories. The Quarantine has
only been implemented on Earth since Lemuria, while the Veil is Level 3's natural operating condition
for all civilizations on Earthlike planets throughout the Milky Way Galaxy!
    This Veil is what prevents people from seeing into the deep cosmos of All That Is while
experiencing life as human beings. Until now -because the Veil is lifting. The clock started by Lemuria
is striking 12:00, and thus the cycle ends.
    The Quarantine is an extra protective measure that prevents civilizations from the cosmos
influencing the Earth, unless approved by the Council of Saturn. The transition of Earth to Level 4
existence of Lighthood ends the Quarantine. This transition is scheduled by the Galaxy to occur
between 1980-1982 and 2011-2013. The various aspects and ramifications of this Transition to

    The Quarantine will lift at the conclusion of this time because Earth itself shall be armed with
the Shield of Light - the Radiant Shell of Protective Light. All the Lightworkers throughout the globe
